Shipping Policy

At Chem Nut Supply, we know how important it is to get the supplies you need quickly. That's why we work hard to process and ship orders as fast as possible.

Same-Business-Day Shipping

Order by 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and in-stock items ship the same business day!

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will generally ship the next business day.

• Orders placed on weekends or shipping holidays will generally ship the next business day.

• Items that are out of stock, require special ordering, or need additional processing may take longer.

Same-day shipping refers to when your order leaves our facility, not when it arrives at your location.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate

• Free standard shipping: Orders over $75

Shipping rates and available services are confirmed at checkout. Additional charges or restrictions may apply to certain oversized, heavy, or special-handling items.

Need It Tomorrow? Expedited Shipping

Need your supplies urgently? Next-business-day delivery may be available!

Call (774) 417-6543 before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options, pricing, and availability.

Expedited delivery depends on the destination, carrier service, and pickup cutoff times.

Delivery and Tracking

We currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times vary based on your location, selected shipping service, weather, and carrier conditions.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Issues

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

If your order is delayed, damaged, or has another shipping issue, please contact Chem Nut Supply through our website's contact form and include your order number.

We appreciate your business and look forward to getting your supplies to you quickly!
