How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?

When will my order ship?
Our advertised same-day shipping offer applies to in-stock orders placed by 1 PM Eastern Time on business days. Unless otherwise stated, our Shipping Policy allows up to 1 business day for processing, excluding holidays. Weekend and holiday orders may begin processing the next business day. Shipping time and delivery time are different; delivery estimates appear at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link when the shipping method supports tracking. Tracking information may take time to update after the confirmation arrives.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We may be able to help before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify it.

What is Go Nuts hand cleaner used for?
Go Nuts is Chem Nut Supply's heavy-duty mechanic hand cleaner for washing away grease, oil and workshop grime. Choose the 16 oz bottle or the 1-gallon size. Follow the directions on the product label.
Do you sell a waterless Go Nuts hand cleaner?
Yes. Go Nuts Waterless Hand Scrub is available in a 16 oz bottle for cleaning working hands when water is not available. Check its product page and label for directions.
Can I buy a pump or a Go Nuts shop pack?
Yes. We offer a gallon plastic hand pump and a Go Nuts Shop Pack. Review each listing for what is included before ordering.

Can you make a hydraulic hose while I wait?
Yes. We make hydraulic hose assemblies while you wait at our East Freetown store, subject to the hose and fittings needed being available. We stock 2-wire and 4-wire hose and make assemblies in sizes up to 1-1/4 inches. See our hydraulic hose service or call ahead to discuss your application.
What should I bring for a replacement hydraulic hose?
Bring the old hose assembly when possible, along with equipment details and any available hose specifications. We carry JIC, NPT, ORFS, SAE O-ring boss and metric fitting types. Call before visiting if you cannot bring the assembly or need to confirm a particular fitting.

Can I return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
